At Pinklines Official, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and safely right to your doorstep anywhere across Pakistan.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery (Nationwide): 3 to 5 business days.

  • Peak Season / Restock Sales: 5 to 7 business days during sales events, new collection launches, or restocks.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Nationwide Shipping: Rs. 200–250 flat rate across Pakistan.

  • Free Delivery: On all orders above Rs. 5,000.

Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide across all cities and rural areas serviced by courier partners.

  • Advance Payments: We accept Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. (Orders with custom stitching or major adjustments require 50% advance payment).

Order Verification & Tracking

  1. Once your order is placed, our team will confirm your details via WhatsApp or SMS.

  2. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to track your parcel live on our courier partner's portal.

Important Delivery Guidelines

  • Parcel Inspection: Courier riders are strictly bound by policy not to allow customers to open parcels before payment. If there is any issue with your product after opening, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Incomplete Address: Please ensure your complete address, nearby landmark, and active mobile number are provided to avoid delivery delays or returned parcels.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos by contacting us on WhatsApp or emailing support.
