Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During sales or seasonal rush, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time:

• Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days depending on your city and courier service.

• International Orders (if applicable): 10–15 business days.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000.

• Standard delivery charges apply for orders below Rs. 2,000 (calculated at checkout).

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available across Pakistan. For orders above Rs. 20,000, a 50% advance payment is required.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.

Delays:
Unexpected courier or weather delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
